- Payment Card Industry Security Council (PCI SSC): The council was founded by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. It was created as an open global forum for the ongoing development, enhancement, storage, dissemination and implementation of security standards for account data protection. - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) education materials: The PCI DSS version 1.2 is a set of comprehensive requirements, a total of 12, for enhancing payment account data security. It was developed by the PCI SSC to help facilitate the broad adoption of consistent data security measures on a global basis. Billing Information The monthly charge for this service is $7.95 and ProfitPoint will ach your account on file for this fee. If you are currently enrolled in ProfitPoint’s Gift/Loyalty Program this charge will be included with your monthly program and transaction fee billing. We will begin assessing this fee on January 10, 2010.
