Vaden Landers
Vaden C. Landers – Principal & CEO
Prior to founding the company, Mr. Landers served as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of iPayment, Inc. (Nasdaq: "IPMT"), where he was responsible for corporate business development, mergers and acquisitions, and the recruitment and training of merchant-level sales professionals and ISOs. From 2000 until 2002, Mr. Landers served as President of ISO Division for Global Payments Inc. (NYSE "GPN"), where he was responsible for growing the ISO base from three organizations (generating $13 million in revenue) to 60 organizations (generating $65 million in revenue) in three years. From 1998 until 2000, Mr. Landers served as President of Bancard Consulting Group, Inc., a management consulting company in Nashville that he founded. Prior to this, Mr. Landers held various managerial positions in the payment services industry; including Director of Portfolio Management for PMT Services, Inc., Operations Support Manager for Financial Alliance Prozcessing Services, Inc., and Sales Support Supervisor and Conversion Specialist for NOVA Information Systems, Inc. Mr. Landers is a member of The Green Sheet Advisory Board, and a former member of First Data Corporation's Merchant Advisory Board and First Data's Industry Consulting Group.

A. James Battista
A. James Battista – Principal & President
Prior to founding the company, Mr. Battista served as President and Director of EVS Holding Company, Inc., a developer of electronic commerce and transaction processing solutions that he co-founded in 1995. From 1988 until 1994, Jim served as General Manager of Arch Associates, the leading independent wholesaler of computers in the U.S., where he was responsible for increasing annual sales from $15 million to over $80 million in six years. From 1983 until 1988, Jim served as a Senior Financial Analyst with Unisys Corporation, and from 1980 until 1983, he served as a Financial Analyst with General Motors. Jim is a Director of the Springfield Athletic Association and a regular volunteer for the American Red Cross and Mercy Hospice Group.

Daniel W. Battista, Sr.  –  Vice President of Sales
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Battista enjoyed a 20 year career with M. A. Bruder and Sons, Inc. (MAB Paints) headquartered in Broomall, PA.  He held various positions with MAB, the last being Regional Manager where he was instrumental in growing sales and profits of the Delaware Valley Market by overseeing 30 stores and 12 sales representatives. Mr. Battista is a graduate of Drexel University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Widener University. Mr. Battista has been named "Coach of the Year" by the Lansdowne Boys Club and is currently volunteering with the St. Anastasia Church basketball program.  He also enjoys golfing and parenting of his four children, Daniel, Emily, Jill and Brian.

Aimee DuCasse  –  Director of Marketing
Ms. DuCasse built the Marketing department and under her direction it is one of the fastest growing departments in the company. She oversees all marketing communications, public relations, marketing strategy, new product launches, e-commerce initiatives, and the expansion of the Gift Card Accessories product line. She organized ProfitPoint’s Grand Opening events for our new corporate headquarters and developed ProfitPoint’s new product, a re-seller on-line gift card accessories store called www.sellmoregiftcards.com. She successfully re-launched the Gift Card Accessories product line and increased sales by over 400%. Aimee recently rolled out email marketing services via a partnership with iContact. Her marketing experience includes positions as a Pricing Analyst with Sunoco, Inc.; Product Manager with ATD-American; and a top salesperson with Prudential Fox & Roach where she achieved President’s Circle and ranked in the top 8% of realtors nationwide. Aimee is a member of the 2009-2010 ETA Education Committee. Aimee graduated Magna Cum Laude and as a University Scholar from Penn State University. She is pursuing an MBA from Drexel University on a part-time basis.
Tyler Hains – Director of Information Technology
Mr. Hains has managed the Information Technology department of ProfitPoint since its inception. In addition to maintaining the business infrastructure, he has led several major projects that have improved ProfitPoint’s offerings, most noticeably, the Merchant Services Site, where customers generate and view reports on demand. Since earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from MIT, Mr. Hains has worked primarily in IT, drawing on his programming background for special projects.
Philip Nee – Operations Director
Mr. Nee oversees the creation and set-up of transaction accounts, the building and downloading of terminal software files and the shipping of equipment that allow merchants to process gift, loyalty and credit cards. Additionally, under his direction, the Operations group trains new merchants and provides customer service and technical support. Phil has implemented workflow and process changes that have significantly reduced the time from sale to our new merchants processing transactions. A veteran of the card and transaction industry, Mr. Nee has previously managed support operations at Southeast Bank, PMT Services and Envoy Corporation. A graduate of the University of Miami, he holds a bachelors degree in Management.
Sharon Mattei  –  Production Director
Sharon oversees the Production of all custom cards and printed products. Sharon brought her skills and experience from goEmerchant.com, an e-commerce and transaction processing company, where she developed the department and managed the team responsible for acquiring merchant accounts for clients so they could accept credit card payments through their online stores. Prior to that, Sharon honed her office and computer skills at Conrail and before that at Triangle Publications in Philadelphia. A graduate of Peirce College in Philadelphia, she has a AS degree in Office Administration. Her focus at ProfitPoint is to make sure our customers receive the highest quality custom printed products at the lowest price in the shortest time possible.
Ashley Murrin  –  Art Manager
Ashley Murrin has been the Art Manager at ProfitPoint for three years. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing a group of three designers as well as making sure all the card art created is top notch and meets clients’ requirements. Ashley's group is in constant contact with customers to ensure cards go into production and are turned around in a timely fashion. She has recently rolled out an ultra efficient online art approval process which allows the customer to login to their own personal customer center to provide feedback on card art designs and approve the artwork. Ashley is a Graduate of Philadelphia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design Communications.
